We do have a variety of port listeners for PWC, both in and out of the moo database. There is one that is invoked from the default port, http://pmcmoo.org:7777/ if the inbound request is detected to be http rather than telnet. This one is the most crusty and is chopping the output. The second is the in db port listener $httpd that was originally listening on hero's port 80. This one is a bit more robust and is visible at http://pmcmoo.org:7788 We also have a seperate thttpd process listening on port 7887 for serving images, sounds and static content that does not need moo rendering. http://pmcmoo.org:7887/images Since the moo rendering on port 7777 operating using a socket connection that never becomes associated with a valid moo object (hence the negative object number), we are seeing some sort of throttling from the server. The next trick is to figure out exactly where and how to change it . . . - oom
