A flurry of time distorted cannons. Self referential to the point of homogenous distortion.

So far only a MIDI rendition of this piece exists. The parts were played by Val Waters, keyboards and Rick Nance, sequences and time manipulations. Both played frequency shifters.
Although the middle, improvised area, is full of spark and intuition, the sequenced areas are still clumsy and overwrought.
This piece was inspired by a 198something signal loop for guitar.
Scraps of the original were transcribed and shuffled off to storage for future use.
The future happened in the 90s, when it was remodeled for sequencers, keyboards, and multi-tap delay.
Cellist, Craig Hultgren will likely aquire the final version.
The final project will be for cello and percussion.
